As a tenant with Your Home Team, you have several options of how to pay rent. They are:

 

1. Pay your rent online with no additional charge:

This is our preferred way to accept payment and there is no charge for this option. Click on the "Tenant Login" link above to be taken to your tenant portal.     

 

2. Make a cash payment at CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, 7-Eleven or ACE Cash Express.

To make a cash payment at CVS, Walmart, 7-Eleven or ACE Cash Express, you must request a "pay slip" from your property manager and one will be emailed to you. Keep the payslip for future use.

 

3. Mail your payment to:

4. Make a payment at the office.

You may bring a check or money order to the office at 8902 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., Suite 103-C, Tampa, FL 33614. We are not always at the office so please either make an appointment or slide your rent payment under our office door with our name on it. Please note that we DO NOT accept cash payments. There is an Amscot on the west side of Dale Mabry just south of Waters if you need to obtain a money order.
